Prochlorperazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 27, 2007. Female patient, 17 years of age, weighting 106.0 lb, was diagnosed with nausea  and was treated with Prochlorperazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, cognitive disorder, diplopia, disorientation, dizziness , dystonia , eye movement disorder, gait disturbance. Prochlorperazine dosage: 5 MG BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Prochlorperazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on July 08, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with cancer pain and was treated with Prochlorperazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, depressed level of consciousness, disorientation, hallucination, insomnia, labile blood pressure, muscle rigidity. Prochlorperazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, TOFRANIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
