Proamatine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 21, 2008. Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with hypotension and was treated with Proamatine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dry gangrene, foot amputation, infection What is  infection, leg amputation, peripheral ischaemia, skin necrosis, skin ulcer. Proamatine dosage: 5 MG DAILY ON NON-HD DAYS; ON HD DAYS 5 MG PRIOR TO AND AFTER HD, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
