After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, application site erythema, application site pruritus, dermatitis contact, nicotine dependence, pneumonia . Private dosage: 14 MG, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with WALMART, NICODERM, CLONAZEPAM, LORAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with XANAX, PERCOCET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
