After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: syncope. Prinzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, MOXONIDINE, NITROGLYCERIN, ASPIRIN, LEVETIRACETAM, PANTOZOL, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
