Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, hiv infection , depression , benign prostatic hyperplasia, anxiety , gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Prinzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: oral intake reduced, renal failure acute. Prinzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KALETRA, VALACYCLOVIR HYDROCHLORIDE, TRUVADA, PAROXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PROSCAR, HYDROXYZINE PAMOATE, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
