Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Prinivil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , diarrhoea, haematemesis, hyperthermia, hyperventilation, hypotension, lactic acidosis, malaise, rectal haemorrhage.
