Primidone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 19, 2007. Female patient, 53 years of age, was treated with Primidone. Primidone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCODONE HYDROCHLORIDE AND ACETAMINOPHEN, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient died.
