Primaquine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from CANADA on June 21, 2006. Male patient, 29 years of age, was diagnosed with malaria  and was treated with Primaquine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eyelid oedema, rash erythematous. Primaquine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RITALIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
