Prevacid side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 26, 2006. Male patient was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter related infection, csf protein increased, csf white blood cell count increased, peritoneal abscess, pyrexia. Prevacid dosage: 7.5 MG, 2 IN 1 D, GASTROSTOMY TUBE. During the same period patient was treated with ERYTHROMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
