Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with gastric disorder, hypovitaminosis, blood cholesterol increased, pain , hypersensitivity, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, hypertension, arthritis  and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiovascular disorder, fall , folate deficiency, hypovitaminosis, myocardial infarction. Prevacid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FOLTX, LIPITOR, CELEBREX, ALLEGRA, DICYCLOMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PROTONIX, METOPROLOL, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
