Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, transient ischaemic attack, breakthrough pain, migraine , hypertension and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: euphoric mood, fatigue, hypertension, hypotension, insomnia, loss of consciousness, migraine . Prevacid dosage: 30 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROMORPHONE, DEPAKOTE, KADIAN, CLONIDINE, NORTRIPTYLINE, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Prevacid dosage: 30 MG, 1 IN 1 D, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, THYROID. Patient recovered.
