Male patient, 46 years of age, weighting 252.0 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis  and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chromaturia, fatigue, jaundice , ocular icterus, sinusitis . Prevacid dosage: 30MG DAILY PO. Patient recovered.

Prevacid dosage: 30 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROMORPHONE, DEPAKOTE, KADIAN, CLONIDINE, NORTRIPTYLINE, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
