Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diplopia, dry eye, impaired driving ability, micturition urgency, pollakiuria, tinnitus , vision blurred. Prevacid dosage: 15 MG, 1 IN 1 D, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN A. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, anorexia, bradycardia, constipation , diarrhoea, dry eye, dry mouth, dysphagia, electrolyte imbalance. Prevacid dosage: 30MG X1 DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with CURLIN PAIN PUMP. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
