Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 274.9 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dehydration, diabetes mellitus, dizziness , fall , influenza like illness, loss of consciousness, neuropathy, oedema peripheral. Prevacid dosage: 30 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PRINIVIL, TOPAMAX, ASPIRIN, LIPITOR, BYETTA, GLUCOPHAGE, GLUCOTROL, ACTOS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
