Prevacid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 16, 2005. Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 150.4 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease, migraine , pain  and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal mass, chest pain , colitis, diarrhoea, perforated ulcer. Prevacid dosage: 30 MG, 1 IN 1 D, PER ORAL; 30 MG, 2 IN 1 D, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LORTAB, TYLOX, ASPIRIN, ADVIL, ZOLOFT, ATARAX, REGLAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
