Female patient, 80 years of age, weighting 145.3 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , cerebrovascular accident, condition aggravated, deafness unilateral, ear infection , heart rate increased, hypoacusis, systemic lupus erythematosus, transient ischaemic attack. Prevacid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, DILTIAZEM, CRESTOR, ATACAND, ALPRAZOLAM, NITROQUICK. Patient recovered.
