Female patient, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis  and was treated with Premarin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, chest pain , myocardial infarction, transient ischaemic attack. Premarin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
