Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with post herpetic neuralgia, cardiac failure chronic, diabetes mellitus, peptic ulcer  and was treated with Pregabalin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, pain , renal impairment, sleep disorder . Pregabalin dosage: DAILY DOSE:150MG-FREQ:DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with BUMETANIDE, PHENPROCOUMON, DIGOXIN, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, SPIRONOLACTONE, GLICLAZIDE, METFORMIN, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
