Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with sjogren's syndrome What is  sjogren's syndrome and was treated with Prednisonelet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: sickle cell anaemia with crisis. Prednisonelet dosage: 1 MG/KG DAILY, ORAL. Patient recovered.
