Female patient was diagnosed with glucose tolerance impaired, autoimmune thyroiditis and was treated with Precose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, energy increased, flatulence, local swelling, poor quality sleep. Precose dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 75 MG UNIT DOSE: 25 MG. During the same period patient was treated with THYROID HORMONES. Patient recovered.

Precose dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 75 MG UNIT DOSE: 25 MG. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOPHAGE, GLUCOTROL, LISINOPRIL, VYTORIN. Patient recovered.
