Precedex Side Effects Report #5647928-2
Precedex side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 14, 2008. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with sedation and was treated with Precedex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriosclerosis, cardio-respiratory arrest, cardiomegaly, coronary artery stenosis, foaming at mouth, pulmonary embolism , pulmonary oedema, ventricular fibrillation. Precedex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, ACTIVASE. Patient died on 01/01/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: post procedural complication, pulmonary oedema. Precedex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SEVOFLURANE, ROCURONIUM BROMIDE, DECADRON, ONDANSETRON, NEOSTIGMINE, GLYCOPYRROLATE. Patient recovered.
