Female patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia, depression  and was treated with Pravastatin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, anorexia, blood albumin decreased, blood urea increased, colitis, dehydration, heart rate increased. Pravastatin dosage: 20 MG. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTLINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DICLOFENAC, MISOPROSTOL, ATENOLOL, LEVOTHYROXINE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
