Prandin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 27, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type 2 diabetes mellitus, arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia and was treated with Prandin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, hypoglycaemic unconsciousness. Prandin dosage: 4 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with NOVOLIN, SOTALOL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Prandin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased. Prandin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TARKA, COZAAR, ZOCOR, NOVOLOG. Patient recovered.
