Female patient was diagnosed with restless legs syndrome, depression , insomnia, bipolar ii disorder, hypothyroidism and was treated with Pramipexole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akathisia, dyskinesia, hyperphagia, oculogyric crisis, suicide attempt, weight increased. Pramipexole dosage: STARTING DOSE OF 0.125 MG, TITRATED TO 1.5 MG OVER THE NEXT 4 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with TRAZODONE, LAMOTRIGINE, ESCITALOPRAM, ZOLPIDEM, TEMAZEPAM, ALPRAZOLAM, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient recovered.
