Female patient was diagnosed with restless legs syndrome, depression What is  depression, insomnia, bipolar ii disorder, hypothyroidism and was treated with Pramipexole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akathisia, dyskinesia, hyperphagia, oculogyric crisis, suicide attempt, weight increased. Pramipexole dosage: STARTING DOSE OF 0.125 MG, TITRATED TO 1.5 MG OVER THE NEXT 4 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with TRAZODONE, LAMOTRIGINE, ESCITALOPRAM, ZOLPIDEM, TEMAZEPAM, ALPRAZOLAM, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient recovered.
