After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hyponatraemia, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, somnolence, tremor. Pramipexole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
