Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with hypokalaemia and was treated with Potassium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, convulsion. Potassium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ERYTHROMYCIN, PRILOSEC OTC, LORAZEPAM, SEROQUEL, MECLIZINE, FUROSEMIDE, HYDROCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , bradycardia, convulsion, hyperhidrosis, hyperkalaemia, pulse absent, refusal of treatment by patient, renal impairment. Potassium dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CLONIDINE, PHENYTOIN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anticholinergic syndrome, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure systolic increased, completed suicide, convulsion, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, ventricular tachycardia. Potassium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, NEURONTIN, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient died.
