Potassium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 25, 2006. Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 193.0 lb, was diagnosed with mineral supplementation, hypertension, anxiety  and was treated with Potassium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood calcium decreased, blood glucose increased, hypokalaemia, weight increased. Potassium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN, ATENOLOL, NORVASC, LORAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, asthenia, atrioventricular block first degree, bedridden, blood bicarbonate decreased, blood chloride increased, blood creatinine increased, blood glucose increased, blood sodium decreased. Potassium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MAGNESIUM, SPIRONOLACTONE, PROPRANOLOL, THIAMINE, FOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
