Posaconazole side effect was reported by a Physician from ISRAEL on July 06, 2008. Female patient, 29 years of age, weighting 103.6 lb, was diagnosed with mucormycosis and was treated with Posaconazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myeloid leukaemia recurrent, stem cell transplant. Posaconazole dosage: unknown. Patient died on 07/03/2008.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/03/2006.
