Pontal side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Nov 09, 2005. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with periodontal disease and was treated with Pontal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, loss of consciousness, pruritus, shock, vision blurred. Pontal dosage: 250 MG, TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITHROMYCIN, LOXONIN, CEFACLOR, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, BEHYD, ALFAROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
