Polysporin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 14, 2005. Male patient, 86 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with rash  and was treated with Polysporin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acne , rash , skin cancer . Polysporin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM, SALICYLATES, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ALENDRONATE. Patient recovered.
