Male patient, 86 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with rash  and was treated with Polysporin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acne , rash , skin cancer . Polysporin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM, SALICYLATES, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ALENDRONATE. Patient recovered.
