Polaramine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 19, 2006. Female patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with rectosigmoid cancer and was treated with Polaramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , cardio-respiratory arrest, dyspnoea, malaise, shock. Polaramine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOPHREN, RANIPLEX, ELOXATIN, ZOCOR, ARTEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/05/2004.

Polaramine side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Apr 26, 2006. Male patient was diagnosed with hodgkin's disease  and was treated with Polaramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: creatinine renal clearance decreased, disease progression, dyspnoea, hypoxia, interstitial lung disease, lung disorder, pulmonary fibrosis , pyrexia, respiratory disorder. Polaramine dosage: 5 MG/CYCLE INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DETICENE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE SUCCINATE, VELBE, DOXORUBICIN, BLEOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/01/2006.
