Pletal Side Effects Report #5832109-X
Pletal side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 18, 2008. Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, cardiac arrest , cardiac failure acute, coma, hepatic function abnormal, nasopharyngitis, pulse absent, pyrexia. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with KETAS, SERMION, GASMOTIN, LENDORM, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, cardiac failure acute, cardio-respiratory arrest, electrocardiogram abnormal, pyrexia, respiratory tract infection, ventricular fibrillation. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with KETAS, LENDORMIN, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alopecia, cerebral infarction, disease recurrence, nasopharyngitis, pancreatic carcinoma stage iv, pyrexia. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAS, ROHYPNOL, RESLIN, BASEN OD, GLAKAY, VOLTAREN, BONALON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoglycaemia, hypophagia, pyrexia, treatment noncompliance. Pletal dosage: 200 MG, DAILY DOSE ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, GLIMEPIRIDE, AVANDIA, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
