Pletal Side Effects Report #6072880-8
Pletal side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Jan 19, 2009. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 106.0 lb, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction, respiratory disorder, hypertension, fluid replacement and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood potassium decreased, blood urea increased, dehydration, pleural effusion, pneumonia klebsiella. Pletal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROCATEROL, CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ISOTONIC CHLORIDE SOLUTION, SOLITAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/16/2009.

Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NEUMETHYCOLE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, NORVASC, LENDEMLET, SENEVACUL, FLOMOX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
