Pletal side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 28, 2008. Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with lacunar infarction and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, faeces discoloured, gastric ulcer haemorrhage. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MEVALOTIN JPN, DEPAS, NORVASC, JUVELA N, SELBEX, DANTRIUM, PAXIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
