Pletal Side Effects Report #6060089-3
Pletal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 13, 2009. Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with venous thrombosis limb, rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, fall , interstitial lung disease, venous thrombosis limb. Pletal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RHEUMATREX, ACTEMRA, WARFARIN POTASSIUM. Patient died on 12/14/2008.

Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with venous thrombosis limb, rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood cholesterol increased, condition aggravated, contusion, fall , interstitial lung disease, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, sputum culture positive, venous thrombosis. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, DAILY DOSE; 200 MG, DAILY DOSE; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RHEUMATREX, ACTEMRA, WARFARIN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol poisoning, anaesthetic complication neurological, blood pressure abnormal, fall , inflammation, lumbar vertebral fracture, musculoskeletal pain, post procedural infection. Pletal dosage: 200 MG, DAILY DOSE ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, ATENOLOL, ASPRIN ENTERIC COATED, CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
