Pletal Side Effects Report #5633184-8
Pletal side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Feb 01, 2008. Male patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with lacunar infarction and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diabetic nephropathy, diarrhoea, hypertensive nephropathy, oesophageal carcinoma. Pletal dosage: 100MG, BID; 50 MG, BID; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with XANBON, RADICUT, HUMALOG, MICARDIS, DOXAZOSIN MESYLATE, LISINOPRIL. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, condition aggravated, diarrhoea, duodenal ulcer haemorrhage, hypertension, incorrect dose administered, nasopharyngitis, tooth extraction, upper respiratory tract inflammation. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID; 100 MG BID; 100 MG BID ORAL; 100 MG QD ORAL; 100 MG QD ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CEROCRAL, THIATON, MICARDIS, LIPITOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
