Pletal Side Effects Report #6128254-4
Pletal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Mar 05, 2009. Female patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, colon cancer metastatic, dehydration, gastric ulcer, hyperkalaemia, hypertension, hyponatraemia, hypotension, procedural pain. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, DAILY DOSE ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, ITOPRIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, DIMETHICONE, GINKGO BILOBA, BENEXATE HYDROCHLORIDE BETADEX, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, ACETYL, CHLORHEXIDINE GLUCONATE. Patient died on 08/23/2006.

Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 106.0 lb, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction, hypertension, fluid replacement and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood potassium decreased, dehydration, infection , laboratory test abnormal, pleural effusion. Pletal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROCATEROL, CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, GLUCOSE, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ISOTONIC SOLUTION CHLORIDE SOLUTION, SOLITAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/16/2009.
