Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebrovascular stenosis and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cerebral infarction, ischaemic stroke. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, ATROVASTATIN, FAMOTIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
