Pletal Side Effects Report #6128240-4
Pletal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Mar 05, 2009. Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest , hemiparesis. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CLINIDIPINE, ACECLOFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/01/2007.

Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , dysphagia, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, no therapeutic response, shock haemorrhagic. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OLMETEC, URALYT, MUCOSTA, OZAGREL, NEUFAN, SYMMETREL, TECHNIS. Patient died on 05/19/2007.

Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction, hypertension and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, brain injury, brain stem haemorrhage, cardiac arrest , depressed level of consciousness, intracranial pressure increased, pupils unequal, thalamus haemorrhage. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID , ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, RADICUT, RECOGNAN, OMEPRAL, ALEVIATIN. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, RADICUT, RECOGNAN, OMEPRAL, ALEVIATIN. Patient died on 09/06/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, cardiac arrest , cardiac failure acute, coma, hepatic function abnormal, nasopharyngitis, pulse absent, pyrexia. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with KETAS, SERMION, GASMOTIN, LENDORM, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient died.
