Pletal Side Effects Report #5831880-0
Pletal side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 18, 2008. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with lacunar infarction and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, condition aggravated, diarrhoea, duodenal ulcer haemorrhage, hypertension, incorrect dose administered, nasopharyngitis, tooth extraction, upper respiratory tract inflammation. Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID; 100 MG BID; 100 MG BID ORAL; 100 MG QD ORAL; 100 MG QD ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CEROCRAL, THIATON, MICARDIS, LIPITOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , blood pressure decreased, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, lethargy, mouth ulceration, respiratory rate increased. Pletal dosage: 100 MG BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LIPITOR, COUMADIN, COMBIVENT, VITAMIN B CAP, BEXTRA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
