Pletal Side Effects Report #6060090-X
Pletal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 16, 2009. Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 106.0 lb, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction, hypertension, fluid replacement and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood potassium decreased, dehydration, infection , laboratory test abnormal, pleural effusion. Pletal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROCATEROL, CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, GLUCOSE, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ISOTONIC SOLUTION CHLORIDE SOLUTION, SOLITAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/16/2009.

Pletal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROCATEROL, CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ISOTONIC CHLORIDE SOLUTION, SOLITAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/16/2009.

Pletal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVASTATIN, AMARYL, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, GLUFAST, KETOPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Pletal dosage: 100 MG, BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with KETAS, SERMION, GASMOTIN, LENDORM, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient died.
