Pletal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on June 25, 2008. Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with peripheral arterial occlusive disease and was treated with Pletal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock. Pletal dosage: 50 MG, ORAL; 50 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LERCANIDIPINE, CARBAMAZEPINE, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, PRAVASTATIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, SYMBICORT CAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cardiac failure congestive, cardiac valve disease, coronary artery disease , coronary artery stenosis, dilatation atrial, procedural complication, pulmonary oedema, tricuspid valve incompetence. Pletal dosage: 100 MG BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOTROL, ACCUPRIL, ATENOLOL, PRAVACHOL, ASPIRINA INFANTIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, CLINIDIPINE, ACECLOFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/01/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cardiac failure acute, refusal of treatment by patient, refusal of treatment by relative. Pletal dosage: 50 MG, TID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MUCOSTA, RYTHMODAN R, BUFFERIN, ALFAROL, DORNER, CALBLOCK, BLOPRESS, ARGAMATE. Patient died.
