After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, dystonia , tic , vomiting. Plaquenil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN, BUPROPION HYDROCHLORIDE, NEURONTIN, WELLBURTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
