Plaquenil Side Effects Report #5935499-2
Plaquenil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 17, 2008. Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with myositis  and was treated with Plaquenil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dysphagia, dysphonia, dyspnoea exertional, lung infection, muscular weakness, myopathy, respiratory failure. Plaquenil dosage: 200 MG. During the same period patient was treated with EZETIMIBE, DILTIAZEM, RALOXIFENE, LISINOPRIL, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
