Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 209.8 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Plaquenil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, diarrhoea, gastrointestinal disorder, vomiting. Plaquenil dosage: 200 MG PO BID. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , condition aggravated, eye pain, fibromyalgia, gastrointestinal disorder, immune system disorder, mass, pruritus. Plaquenil dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
