Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiovascular disorder, systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Plaquenil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cardiomyopathy , renal failure acute. Plaquenil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, COREG, HYDRALAZINE, ISORDIL, CYTOXAN, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
