Plaquenil side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 12, 2007. Female patient, 88 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Plaquenil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dyspnoea, muscle necrosis, myopathy toxic, pneumonia , respiratory failure. Plaquenil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE, GLYBURIDE, METHOTREXATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Plaquenil dosage: 200 MG. During the same period patient was treated with EZETIMIBE, DILTIAZEM, RALOXIFENE, LISINOPRIL, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
