Pitocin Side Effects Report #5825766-5
Pitocin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 14, 2008. Female patient, 29 years of age, was diagnosed with postpartum haemorrhage and was treated with Pitocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac output increased, hypotension, mean arterial pressure decreased, postpartum haemorrhage, stroke volume increased, vascular resistance systemic decreased. Pitocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LABETALOL, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, CITRATE, CLINDAMYCIN, FAMOTIDINE, BUPIVACAINE, FENTANYL, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient recovered.
