Female patient, 29 years of age, was diagnosed with caesarean section and was treated with Pitocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, cardio-respiratory arrest. Pitocin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
